How do I order from Ely Boat Chandlers?

 

 

We are a real walk in the door chandlery located in Ely in Cambridgeshire and we would be delighted for you to come and see us, simply go to the “how to find us” page on the website.

If you are a mailorder customer we can deal with your enquiry in one of three ways:

a)      Some of the goods on the website are available for purchase online, so simply follow the instructions on screen and your goods will be delivered as specified.

b)      You can place an order for some of the higher value or more complicated goods on the website and we will automatically call you back to confirm the order contents and complete the transaction.

c)      You are welcome to give us a call, send us an email, or leave a message on our answerphone and we will gladly contact you to discuss your enquiry (we can easily take an order and payment over the phone).

If you are unsure about any of the products, or just prefer to speak to a human being when making a purchase then give us a call on 01353 663095 and we can deal with your enquiry personally.
