How often will a Kabola need servicing and is it complicated?

Print
PDF

The beauty of a natural draught diesel stove is that it is extremely simple to operate and maintain. The main task involved is simply cleaning out the burner pot and flue to remove any carbon or soot build up.

Servicing is so simple that most of our customers do it themselves. If you are local to Ely then we would be happy to do the service for you, or if you are further away or want to do it yourself give us a call and we can talk you through it.

The Kabola 100mm flue kit (twin walled chimney, deck collar, blanking cap and internal brass dress ring)

2m x 100mm diameter length of mild steel flue

A fuel filter / water separator

8mm or 5/16” copper fuel pipe

A fuel shut-off valve

You will then need to fit an appropriate fuel take off onto the fuel tank.
