This is the newest in the range of combi's from Mastervolt. Its size is ideal for many narrowboaters and dutch barges. The inverter is big enough to cope with most 240v appliances people use on a domestic basis, and the battery charger is big enough to cope with a sizeable domestic battery bank. We think this addition to the line up represents excellent value for money, and a size that will suit most boaters requirements.

The Combi unit offers a very cost effective way of getting a Mastervolt battery charger and Mastervolt inverter at the same time

The Mass combi is lightweight and compact for its substantial capabilities

The Mass combi's functionality as an inverter allows it to do the following:

1)	The Combi 's inverter is large enough to run most washing machines, or domestic 230v equipment
2)	Act as a hub supplying a 230v ring main for all your onboard 230v needs
3)	When plugged into the shore power it will allow 230v on one of its outputs to pass straight through to your 230v appliances without using the inverter and your batteries
4)	On its short break output, if your AC shore power fails the inverter will take over immediately so that there is no power interruption to your 230v appliances.
5)	If your shore power cannot supply all of your 230v needs then the pure sine wave inverter will switch on to make up the shortfall.
6)	The pure sinewave inverter has a continuous output of 25000w, but can supply a surge power of 5000w momentarily to start large equipment.

The battery charging feature has two outputs, one at 100A for your domestic battery bank, the other at 5A for your starter battery

This model comes with an ICC remote control that displays the following:

1)	On / off
2)	The battery state of charge (in a simple visual gradient 5% - 100%)
3)	The DC load on the inverter (in a simple visual gradient 5% - 100%)
4)	LED indicators to show the status of the inverter and charger

All the Mastervolt Combi units are compatible with numerous models of their remote and battery monitoring systems as part of a professional or large 12v system.
