The new Morso Squirrel 1412 stove is an updated version of the standard Squirrel which is approved to burn wood in smoke control areas (hence it can be fitted where other models cant due to environmental restrictions).
A tertiary air chamber has been fitted to the stove, this suppies additional air directly above the flame. This addition allows secondary combustion of any smoke and gasses, hence it increases the stoves efficiency (to 76%) and reduces the material (particles and CO emissions) that escapes up the flue and out into the atmosphere.
Basically Morso have taken their classic design of stove, kept the best bits and improved the size of the viewing glass, the efficiency (lower running costs) and its environmental impact.

The stove will be delivered on a small pallet by courier to the address you specify. We will aim to deliver a stove within 72 hours, however we can aim to have it delivered on a day that most suits you upon request.
Ely Boat Chandlers reserve the right to refuse delivery upon grounds of praticality or safety (at the proprietors discretion).
If you have ordered a particular derivative of the Morso 1412, or do not have free stock at the time of your order (of any model) then we will call you when it is available for delivery and arrange a day that is convenient for you.
Please note that a Squirrel stove weighs over 75kg and is a 2 man lift.
We use a pallet courier to deliver the stoves. They will use a vehicle with a tail lift and have a pump truck. As the stoves are sent out on a 2-3 day service the courier will telephone prior to attempting delivery, this should allow you to confirm a convenient day for delivery
Simply unbolt the Morso stove from the pallet and bolt the feet on the bottom (which will be found inside the stove upon delivery). A full instruction leaflet is enclosed with the stove.
We dont take your bank
details during the online ordering process because we will call you to discuss
and confirm your order (including the required delivery method, cost and
timescale). We will then take safe & secure card payment over the phone and
send the receipt with the goods or via post if appropriate. We aim to contact
you the same or next working day as receiving your order. If we cannot get hold of you via telephone we will
leave a message where possible and email you.
