We dont take your bank details during the online ordering process because we will call you to discuss and confirm your order (including the required delivery method, cost and timescale). We will then take safe & secure card payment over the phone and send the receipt with the goods or via post if appropriate.
We aim to contact you the same or next working day as receiving your order. If we cannot get hold of you via telephone we will leave a message where possible and email you.
