How do I order a Morso Squirrel 1410 or 1430?

At Ely Boat Chandlers we are a family run business dedicated to getting the right products to you, so give us a call and we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.

or place an order on the website (leaving your contact details) and we will contact you back to confirm your order, arrange delivery, confirm delivery cost and take payment.

2)     We will talk you through any questions you may have or any further information you require.
3)     We can take safe and secure payment over the phone using a debit or credit card.
4)     We take down your details and organise a courier to deliver the stove to the address you specify.

• The Morso squirrel stove will be delivered on a small pallet by courier to the address you specify.
  We will aim to deliver a stove within 48 hours, however we can aim to have it delivered on a day that most suits you upon request.
• Ely Boat Chandlers reserve the right to refuse delivery upon grounds of praticality or safety (at the proprietors discretion).
• If you have ordered a particular derivative of the Morso 1430, or do not have free stock at the time of your order (of any model) then we will call you when it is available for delivery and arrange a day that is convenient for you.
• Please note that a Squirrel stove weighs over 70kg and is a 2 man lift.
• We normally use ANC to deliver the stoves, the vehicles used DO NOT have a tail lift. Normally the driver will be happy to assist you off the vehicle with the stove, however it is the customers responsibliity to get the stove off the vehicle and move it from that point (it all sounds alot harder than it actually is, we just need to make sure you are all geared up to receive the goods prior to us despatching them).

• Simply unbolt the Morso stove from the pallet and bolt the feet on the bottom (which will be found inside the stove upon delivery). A full instruction leaflet is enclosed with the stove.
• If you have ordered a Morso squirrel with backboiler then it will come separately (delivered at the same time) and you will need to fit it yourself (it's not half as involved as it sounds and we can provide full instructions and talk you through it), or if you have any questions then give us a call on 01353 663095.
