ENO boat cookers are a premium quality piece of marine equipment, pressure-fitted, screwless burners, rounded facia corners, side locks, fiddle rails and pan holders. The oven windows are detachable for easy cleaning, non-rattle oven rack locks on the inside keep them from shifting.  ENO marine cookers have a U-shaped oven burner (rather than the straight burner most ovens have) to cook food more evenly
